HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Complete our custom request form to begin your order ✨

A 50% retainer is required to secure your order. Orders within 3 months of your event require full payment.

Design mockups are provided within 48–72 hours, and production begins once payment on your invoice has been made and your design has been approved.

WHAT SHOULD I KNOW BEFORE ORDERING?

Please include as much detail as possible when you complete our online request form to help us see the vision for your custom project. Include any inspiration photos you have, color palettes, fonts etc... the more information the better!

High-resolution vector files are required for any print graphics (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF)

If your files are poor quality, we will ask you to resend according to the above guideline for file types. Logo cleanup fees may apply if additional design work is required to fix any quality issues ($50–$150)

All sales are final
Shipping delays are outside of our control ✨

CAN YOU PRICE MATCH ETSY OR OTHER SHOPS?

We do not offer price matching.

Our pricing reflects the level of care, customization, and quality that goes into each piece we create. Whether you’re ordering one item or several, our focus is on delivering a consistent, high-quality product.

While lower-cost options may be available through mass-production platforms, our work is intentionally designed to be more tailored and detail-focused.

We do offer select pre-designed items at a lower price point, which are available through our Etsy shop and Website but this pricing cannot be applied to custom orders requiring a new design ✨
